1. About Meetly
Meetly is a discovery platform where users can browse events, experiences, and social activities, and where providers can create, manage, and publish event listings. Meetly may display provider content, event details, images, locations, dates, prices, and external booking links.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Meetly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must use Meetly only in accordance with applicable laws. If you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity taking place under your account. You agree not to impersonate another person, use misleading information, or access accounts that do not belong to you.
5. Provider accounts and provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the events they publish, including the accuracy of titles, descriptions, dates, locations, images, prices, categories, booking information, and any statements made in their listings. Providers must ensure that their events comply with local laws, venue rules, health and safety requirements, and any required permissions or licenses.
6. Event listings and platform moderation
Meetly may review, edit, reject, hide, unpublish, or remove event listings or provider content at its discretion, especially where content appears misleading, unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to the platform or its users. Submission for review does not guarantee publication.
7. Booking, payments, and external links
Some events may include external booking or payment links. Meetly may redirect users to third-party websites or services to complete a booking. Meetly does not control third-party checkout, payment processing, refunds, reservation systems, or booking terms, and is not responsible for transactions completed outside the platform.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and event changes
Providers are responsible for their own cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and attendance policies unless explicitly stated otherwise. Meetly is not responsible for provider no-shows, venue closures, inaccurate listings, changed schedules, or refund disputes between users and providers.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Meetly to publish or share false, misleading, infringing, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or unsafe content. You also agree not to interfere with platform security, scrape the service without permission, spam users, upload malicious code, or misuse the platform for fraud or unauthorized promotion.
10. Content ownership and license
Users and providers retain ownership of the content they submit, but by uploading content to Meetly, you grant Meetly a non-exclusive right to store, display, reproduce, format, and use that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform.
11. Intellectual property
The Meetly platform, branding, design elements, software, and platform content created by Meetly are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform materials without permission.
12. Platform availability
We aim to keep Meetly available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will always be available at a particular time.
13. Disclaimer
Meetly provides a marketplace and discovery experience. We do not organize, host, supervise, guarantee, endorse, or insure each event listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Users attend events and interact with providers at their own discretion and risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetly is not liable for losses, damages, claims, injuries, disputes, payment issues, cancellations, booking failures, provider conduct, third-party services, or event-related problems arising from use of the platform.
15. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Meetly if we reasonably believe that a user or provider has violated these terms, created risk for others, harmed the platform, or acted unlawfully or fraudulently.
16. Privacy
Use of Meetly is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and manage personal data.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Meetly after changes become effective means you accept the updated version.
