For users
What is Meetly?
Meetly is a platform for discovering local experiences such as private dinners, coffee chats, museum nights, workshops, university events, parties, and more.
Do I need an account to use Meetly?
You can explore the platform without an account, but registration may be required for booking, saving events, or using future personalized features.
How do I book an event?
Open the event details page and click the booking button. Depending on the event, booking may happen directly on Meetly or through the organizer’s booking link.
Who organizes the events?
Events are organized by providers such as venues, communities, businesses, hosts, student groups, and local organizers. Meetly helps users discover them.
Are all events reviewed?
Meetly may review provider submissions before publication to help maintain platform quality and reduce fake, misleading, or incomplete events.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the event provider and the event’s booking policy. Meetly may later display provider-specific cancellation conditions on event pages.
For providers
How do I publish an event on Meetly?
Create a provider account, open the provider dashboard, submit your event with all required information, and wait for review before publication.
Is the first publication free?
Yes, Meetly may allow one first standard publication for free. After that, standard and featured publications may require payment.
What happens after I submit an event?
Your event receives a status such as pending review, published, or rejected. Meetly reviews event quality before publication.
What if my event is rejected?
Rejected events are not published. If an event is rejected before publication, it should not be charged under the current launch model.
Can I edit my event later?
Yes. Providers should be able to manage and update their event information through the provider dashboard.
What kind of events are allowed?
Meetly accepts real, useful, and high-quality local experiences. Fake events, misleading listings, incomplete submissions, or low-quality spam may be rejected.
How long does review take?
At launch, review may be manual. Timing may vary, but the goal is to keep the process clear and efficient for providers.
Do providers get analytics?
Basic provider tools are available first. More analytics such as views, clicks, interest, and engagement may be added in later versions.
